PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR

Lisa attended California State University, Long Beach  and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and her Master’s Degree in Criminology. Lisa is an experienced background investigator with over 20 years experience conducting POST backgrounds on both sworn and civilian personnel. Lisa has handled thousands of cases and routinely managed a case load of 50+ backgrounds for the Huntington Beach Police Department. She has overseen the HBPD Personnel/Background Division and supervised as many as 15 contract background investigators. Lisa’s objective is to use her experience and expertise while
conducting law enforcement background investigations to help other agencies/companies as they make employment decisions.

 

Lisa was the 2002 Huntington Beach Police Department / Non Uniform Officer of the Year and was awarded the Mayor Award in 2017 for “Outstanding Public Service.”

Robert obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa.  Robert was a law enforcement officer for 30 years, during which time he handled a variety of investigations, including homicides, burglaries, and identity theft.  In 2002, Robert arrested a subject in Arkansas for two unsolved 1965 homicides in El Cajon California, and later was able to find a third unsolved related case in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The subject pled quilty to all three counts.  Robert is a certified POST background investigator since 2002 for both sworn and civilian personnel, and has served on numerous hiring and promotional boards.  Robert was the El Cajon Police Officer of the Year in 1987 and 2002, and was the Murrieta Police Officer of the Year in 2007.

Chuck Stalter obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Cal State University Los Angeles and went on to receive his Master’s of Science in Management there as well.

Chuck has over 40 years of experience in managing companies in the areas of security, janitorial, food, giftware, waste management and municipal (crossing guard & parking enforcement) services. During this period of time, he has served in many positions including: Vice President of Operations, Director of Human Resources, Director of Marketing/Sales, Manager of Security Operations, and Division Manager. Chuck has demonstrated outstanding leadership qualities through his career and uses them to manage Joe Mar Polygraph and Investigative Services.
